Some (proably) young mother gave birth to a baby and then abandoned it on someones door step with the umbilical cord still attached. The news says that authoritites are "searching" for the mother. .... WHY???... I thought we encouraged these women to leave their baby at a church, fire or police dept... read more

Before I even seriously THINK of it, does anyone know setback limits/regulations for how far back structure needs to be from street in City of Hesperia, CA - California?
